Why AIM?

AIM's model — rescue, heal, transform — is not a tagline. It is a theology of the whole person. That is the kind of work I want to serve.

My Christian faith is not separate from my professional life. It shapes how I understand human dignity, the purpose of storytelling, and what it means to accompany someone through their darkest chapter.

I come to this role with an unusual combination: over a decade managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in public health — where precision, ethical storytelling, and cross-sector communication were daily requirements — and four years running all content, email, video, and digital operations for a direct-to-consumer publishing brand with nearly 54,000 subscribers.

On the video side, I produce both short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels) and long-form pieces — field stories, donor testimonials, mission explainer videos, and educational series — handling scripting, on-camera delivery, editing, captioning, and platform optimization. I understand the difference between a 30-second hook designed to stop a scroll and a 5-minute story designed to build a donor relationship.

The samples in this portfolio were created to reflect the specific work AIM does. Every piece of writing, every graphic mockup, and every video concept below is original work written and designed in AIM's voice, for AIM's mission, for AIM's audience.
